I’m Jim Battaglia, proud owner of Battaglia Home Inspections.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I spent many years in home building and repair and also had some home inspection experience from working with other inspectors. However, two years ago, I decided that it was time to do something of my own and ventured into home inspections. I selected this field because I enjoy working in the real estate industry and I like helping people get to know the home they are considering.

Battaglia Home Inspections has been growing positively and rapidly. I believe I have been successful thus far because of all the expertise I’ve been able to bring to the table from all the years in the industry.

As an individual, I think what sets me apart from the others is that I give a fair price, excellent customer service and an honest, objective opinion of the home that a client is interested in purchasing. This line of work demands such qualities from an inspector.

The best part of my job as a home inspector is being able to help people get to know more about the home that they will be investing in. It’s a great feeling at the end of the inspection to know that the client’s questions have been answered and they are comfortable in moving forward with their project.

When a client is happy and comfortable with the home they are looking to purchase based on the inspection report I’ve submitted, and refer me to their friends and family, I feel an immense sense of satisfaction.

When I am not at work, my family is my priority, and I enjoy spending time with my wife and two sons.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
